My sister has joined the cult of Mac

There are at least 100 things she should know, 90 of them probably more important than these.

  1. The search icon is a great way to find files, even if you know where you saved them.
  2. The “Apple Menu” (the apple icon in the upper left) has a “Recent Items” menu that lists recent files & programs you’ve used.
  3. The key with the clover shape + apple is known as the “Command” key. People used to call it “Open Apple” before they knew that the clover was supposed to be a “command?”
  4. If you don’t see the program’s icon on the “dock”, click on the Mac Face icon on the left of the dock (this switches to the Finder) and click Applications. Double click programs to open them. Some of them may be in folders, but most aren’t. Or, you can use the search icon and type in the name of the program. (Or just the first part of the name.)

Hey Wadey:)

Yes, cult would be the right word for for it. I love my apple. I want to convert everyone.
